CIBUS FOOD FAIR, PARMA

From the classic Apulian dish of orecchiette pasta with turnip tops to Piemontese chickpea polenta; from Sicilian vegetarian pasta-ring flan to Genoa’s Ligurian minestrone; from bucatini pasta with amatriciana sauce to Parma’s anolini stuffed pasta or jòta soup with polenta: respect for regional gastronomic traditions and the safeguarding of local products are mainstays in Ladisa’s activities. 

A search for new market sectors in an ever-globalised context has led the company to bring its model to public events and food fairs promoting Italian cuisine. Among these, Cibus Food Fair in Parma has allowed the company to observe current trends within the field.
